| S.L.: We train Quarter Horses for the Western Pleasure competition. The ground must be firm, made of sand and completely even. Our requirements are similar to those used for dressage. |
|
However, some of our riders do Reining where one of the most spectacular numbers is the ‘Sliding stop’: the horse slides on its hind legs while continuing to trot with its front legs. The ground must be extremely solid at the bottom while remaining fluid on the top, allowing the horse to slide as far as possible.
How did Toubin & Clement meet this requirement?
Toubin & Clement successfully conceived our surface, respecting our tough specifications. The bet paid off perfectly using for the base surface ‘ECO-SOL’ which is quite firm but provides a certain slide on the top level. |

Toubin & Clement and their team proved themselves to be true professionals during the creation phase and their follow up was remarkable.
Our star stallion ‘ Talk About Chip’, was trained all year long on this wonderful ground, which without a doubt contributed to it gaining a gold medal at the European Equestrian Championships in 2002 at Augsburg in Germany. |

Toubin & Clement riding grounds are definitely the grounds for champions ! Every discipline requires a different ground. Every equestrian discipline necessitates a particular kind of exercise programme with a certain kind of horse. This approach has allowed us to develop riding surfaces in sand or grass specifically for each kind of use altering its firmness, its adherence, its capacity of hydraulic retention, how it will splatter, its suppleness, its quality …Taking into account both your needs and the exercise programme of your horses, we can advise you and create the specific ground that meets your requirements. |
